Project Management
Phoenix Land’s pipeline services include complete project management and coordination from the original route selection all the way to the final reclamation site. We provide cost estimation, public stakeholder consultation and regulatory guidance. Our consultation services run the full project lifecycle and include survey consent, regulatory information discussions, acquisition, crown applications, construction support and damage settlements.
Project Administration
We provide complete preparation, administration and processing of all land agreements and third party agreements. These agreements include:
- utility right of way
- temporary workspace
- land access
- stockpile/laydown
- surface leases
- permanent crossings
- temporary crossings
- proximity and ground disturbance agreements
- road use agreements
- crown applications
We also manage and record all consultation and communication with stakeholders throughout the project in order to support regulatory requirements, construction commitments and any other requests for information.
Ongoing Support
Phoenix Land’s support continues throughout every phase of the project and carries on into operations. This includes regulatory hearing support, operational land support, construction field support, post-construction settlements, reclamation support, rental reviews and integrity digs.
