Terry has been a licensed land agent since 1985. He has focused in all areas of the energy industry since 1995 as a Project Manager. He has managed Public Notification/Consultation, Land Acquisition and Construction Damage Programs for both AER/AUC and NEB projects. Terry has worked extensively with Alberta Sustainable Resources and Alberta Infrastructure regarding Crown authorizations and approvals. Terry is experienced in all aspects of Crown applications, Freehold and Crown acquisitions, damage settlements and crossing applications and approvals. He has testified before the Surface Rights Board, the National Energy Board and the Labour Relations Board.
