Terry Jewell

Terry has been a licensed land agent since 1985. He has focused in all areas of the Oil & Gas industry since 1995 as a Project Manager. He has managed Public Notification/Consultation, Land Acquisition and Construction Damage Programs for both ERCB/AUC and NEB projects. Terry has worked extensively with Alberta Sustainable Resources and Alberta Infrastructure regarding Crown authorizations and approvals. Terry is experienced in all aspects of Crown applications, Freehold and Crown acquisitions, damage settlements and crossing applications and approvals. He has testified before the Surface Rights Board, the National Energy Board and the Labour Relations Board.

Terris Jewell
Vice President
Project Manager / Licensed Land Agent
Terris graduated from the N.A.I.T business program in 1999. Throughout his land career Terris has worked on numerous projects in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He is well versed in the ERCB – D 56 and NEB Early Public Notification requirements. He has successfully completed land acquisition programs on several projects, including the Corridor Pipeline Expansion, Access Mainline Pipeline and IPF Bow River. Terris has consulted on trapper damages, acquired Temporary Working Space Agreements, Access Road Agreements, Surface Leases, and Crown Occupant Consents. He has significant pipeline construction experience having worked as a construction landowner liaison on numerous projects. He has also completed the assessments and negotiations for post construction damage settlements. Terris has successfully managed various projects such as TCPL Coronado Extension, Enbridge Pipeline Line Four Expansion, IPF Bow River Segregation and Enbridge Clipper Spreads 3, 4, 5, 6. Terris is currently on the executive board of AASLA.

Brock Stoyko
Sr. Land Agent
Brock graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA in Native Studies in 2004. He is well versed in the ERCB D56 and NEB Early Public Notification requirements. He has successfully completed land acquisitions on projects such as Access Pipeline, Nova Chemicals JFP, and IPF Corridor Expansion. Brock has expertise in the area of First Nations Consultations. He has worked to identify the needs and compensation requirements for both Aboriginal and non Aboriginal Trappers. Brock is well versed as a construction landowner liaison and has done extensive work in the area of assessment and settling of post construction damages. He is a member in good standing of AASLA and IRWA.

Nolan Sand
Land Agent
Nolan has graduated from the Olds College Land Agent program. His agricultural background is an asset when dealing with various landowners concerns. He has worked on many ERCB D56 initiatives and NEB early public notification programs. Nolan has extensive experience in developing cost models from various databases to assist in fair and reasonable post construction damage settlements. He has worked on construction landowner liaison. Nolan has also participated in well site acquisition. Nolan is a member of AASLA and IRWA.
